Product Support - CO2 PowerClean™ I and ProSeries

Directions for Use

  1. Tighten nut on nozzle (clockwise). Hand tighten only.
  2. For the CO2 PowerClean™ I unit, make certain the aluminum knurled base ring is tight against the valve body PRIOR to installing a cylinder. This will prevent leakage from the relief hole on the side of the aluminum base ring.
  3. For the CO2 ProSeries, note the lock on the side of the valve body. It will prevent unwanted gas discharge when pushed to the "lock" position. We suggest you "lock" the valve when not in use and whenever you are loading a new cylinder. This is a very precise valve, which will serve you for a lifetime. Never submerge it in water and keep the o-ring area by the puncture pin clean.
  4. Insert cylinder into valve. Turn clockwise and firmly hand tighten the LELAND CO2 POWERCLEAN™ cylinder completely. Do not remove cylinder until empty, check by depressing top of valve. (No tools are required.)
  5. Take note of the 3 ribs for your thumb on the valve handle, which will provide the best leverage and control the amount of CO2 dispensed.
  6. Hold unit upright and depress valve top at ribs. CO2 will come out of the nozzle as the valve top is depressed. Because of the high pressure gas, pushing down on the valve handle, at the ribs, will provide the best leverage. DO NOT DISPENSE UPSIDE DOWN!

Replacing the Cylinder

  1. First depress the valve top completely to make certain no gas remains in the cylinder.
  2. When the cylinder is empty, slowly remove cylinder by turning it counter clockwise.
  3. Install a new 38 gram cylinder for PowerClean™ I or a new 74 gram for ProSeries. (See #1 above.) Always release some gas from a full cylinder prior to storing.

Helpful Tips

  1. Tapered end on nozzle is engineered to provide a high-velocity stream of gas.
IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO DEPRESS VALVE HANDLE FULLY. USE SHORT BURSTS.
  2. Holding the entire unit upright prolongs usage. Never hold nozzle against skin.
  3. The piercing area should be free from any debris, and there should be an O-ring present.
  4. The entire valve assembly has been thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control Department. Should it leak or not perform as intended, please contact us immediately.
  5. Every LELAND CO2 POWER CLEAN™ cylinder has been electronically weight checked prior to shipping. The puncturable end of the cylinder is sealed closed by welding and cannot leak. Punctured cylinders are empty and should be recycled.

WARNING: Cylinder under pressure: Do not heat over 120ºF, store cool. Do not puncture or incinerate. Care should be taken whenever a high-pressure device such as this is used. Liquid contents may cause frostbite if sprayed on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not spray towards face. Do not store with a full cylinder.

IMPORTANT:
DO NOT DELIBERATELY INHALE CONTENTS, CAN BE HARMFUL
