99.98% of long term failures are a direct result of rust. The other is fire. We offer an extremely durable three step process using a two-part epoxy paint to provide 2,000 hours of corrosion resistance, as a minimum. This can be provided at an additional cost. Most colors are available.

Custom Imprinting
All cylinders are labeled in strict accordance with the requirement called out for DOT 39 cylinders. We can easily add custom imprinting to provide logo recognition, trademarks, and reorder information.

Thread Protection
The threaded ends are machined and inspected to meet the requirements of UNF2A. In order to ensure proper threading in the field, we suggest that a thread cap protector be specified. These too may be custom imprinted for a small additional cost.

Ordering Information
To manufacture a new production lot requires a small deposit and approximately 90-120 days lead time. However, smaller quantities are generally maintained in our finished goods inventory at a slightly higher per unit cost.
